EY were employed by the Department of Health & Social Care to launch an educational programme for Adult Social Care Commissioners in the UK, designed to up-skill and reignite their passion for the role - hence the ‘Ignite’ programme.

As Lead Designer on this project at RD Content, it was my job to design a logo and brand guidelines that captured the optimism of the programme and the hope it offers to a demographic who are overworked, overlooked, and under-appreciated.

I selected a colour palette that felt bright and fresh, steering away from anything that felt clinical, and embedded soft curves throughout the design vocabulary that felt approachable and welcoming.
